- Your MAS ERP company must already exist.
- Use a Company Admin account for the initial setup.
- 01
Sign in to the correct company
Open MAS ERP and confirm the company name before entering setup data. Do not begin live transactions until the basic company configuration is complete.
- 02
Open Setup & Controls
Use Setup Center as the starting point for company configuration. Complete company, accounting, tax, users, partners, items and opening balances in a controlled order.
- 03
Build the accounting foundation
Confirm financial year, chart of accounts, required control-account mappings, bank/cash accounts and tax settings before posting live documents.
- 04
Prepare master data
Create users and permissions, customers, suppliers, products or services, warehouses and other masters needed by the modules you will use.
- 05
Move from the old system
Set the cutover date and enter opening balances rather than recreating unnecessary historical transactions. Reconcile receivables, payables, inventory and the Trial Balance.
- 06
Test before go-live
Create a small test sales and purchase flow, review accounting and reports, test print/email where required, then create and verify a company backup.
A successful test transaction is not enough by itself. Confirm the resulting accounting, inventory and subledger balances as well.
