Choose the WhatsApp source
A tenant can disable WhatsApp, use the MAS ERP/Super Admin API, or save its own Meta Cloud API/Twilio credentials.

Save credentials securely
Enter provider credentials through the settings form. Secrets are encrypted in the database and are not shown back in full.

Add recipient numbers
Store valid WhatsApp recipient numbers using the appropriate country code.

Send Test WhatsApp
Use the built-in test action before enabling automated document-expiry notifications.

Enable operational categories
Choose document expiry and any other allowed categories needed by the company.
