Is MAS ERP one fixed package?+
No. MAS ERP is organised by business suite, module, feature and permission. Each company can activate the appropriate scope and expand later.
Can MAS ERP support more than one company?+
Yes. The platform includes company-level configuration, module selection, permissions and data boundaries for multi-company operation.
Roadmap
Does the website roadmap mean every item has a committed date?+
No. Roadmap items are directional and may change in scope, sequence or timing. Available capabilities are presented separately from planned and exploratory work.
Integrations
Can MAS ERP integrate with other systems?+
The platform includes REST API, webhooks, controlled imports and exports, e-invoicing connector foundations and custom integration services.
Commercial
Is pricing published online?+
MAS ERP is quotation-based because company scope can differ by modules, users, employees, implementation, hosting and support requirements.
Implementation
Can we begin with accounting and add HR or inventory later?+
Yes. A phased activation is recommended when it matches business readiness and data ownership.
Consignment
Does outbound consignment immediately create a sale?+
No. Dispatch moves company-owned stock to a customer consignment location. Sale and settlement occur when the required declaration and commercial process are completed.
Does inbound consignment immediately create a supplier payable?+
No. Supplier-owned stock is tracked separately until sale, consumption or ownership transfer creates the settlement basis.
Security
How are customer portal links protected?+
The portal uses expiring and revocable link patterns, hashed validators, company/customer scoping and activity evidence.
Website
Can contact forms send through Hostinger email?+
Yes. The included website API route supports SMTP configuration using environment variables, including Hostinger mailbox settings.
Can we edit the website content ourselves?+
Yes. Product, solution, industry, integration, release and roadmap content is centralised in an editable JSON catalogue. Layout and styling remain in reusable components.
Where should the Next.js website be hosted?+
For the current setup, the website is configured for erp.themasofficial.com while the existing WordPress corporate website remains on the main domain.
